Episode Summary
Two murder victims mutilated with a Glasgow Smile keep the BAU busy. Thinking he's responsible for the first murder, Will contaminates the crime scene. The BAU team isn't sure what to make of Will's assertion that he say a dead-looking woman at the crime scene. An MRI shows Will has Advanced Encephalitis but Hannibal coerces Dr. Sutcliffe to say he's fine. As Hannibal feeds Will's fears, Will decides to have Dr. Sutcliffe run more mental health tests.
