We recommend using the commercial version of NOD32 trial since you can not use more if they pass the 30-day trial.
In Windows Vista, you need to run the program as an administrator for it, give it right click and choose "Run as Administrator"

Clarification:

- The utility does not modify any files of NOD32, only added to the registry (which is there that reads data NOD32) a valid username and password. This you can verify by reviewing the source code.
