WebcamXP - a powerful program to work with web-camera (supports up to 10 cameras), allowing you to get access to your camera (or rather, to the video stream) to any user without having to install special server software. Fairly simple to configure: a Webcam XP Pro has all the necessary utilities, and therefore need to set a few parameters, namely, to specify the server port and the path to a local directory. In addition to video picture obtained from the web cameras, you can use the video that is transmitted over the LAN.
