DivX - a set consisting of the most popular MP4-codec DivX and associated utilities: the player, web player, a means of coding. Sam codec required to play and encode video in the same format.

DivX 7 - this is, primarily, of course, the new technology. In the 7 th version adds support for H.264 high-definition video and high-quality AAC audio syndication format MKV. The transition from MKV to AVI is a very good step, as the MKV is not just a format, a container that is able to contain a different format, and provides great opportunities for combinations of codecs. This container is now able to combine video, audio and subtitles - all the water file. All other changes in all components of the package, one way or another, associated with these innovations.
