Main changes since RC1:
· Fixed many bugs from the new Scan Report, most minor
· Fixed a bug that could have caused duplicate items to be listed in the Registry Cleaner (nothing serious)
· Fixed a minor GUI problem from the main window, the caption of the "Registry Health" indicator wasn't draw to the screen properly
· Included the updated Handbook to the distribution
· Fixed a bug from the Settings tool that caused the font of the Settings tool sometimes to change even when the user didn't change the font.

Release note
· Some changes were had to be made to the English.lng, so all translators must update their translations. Sorry!
· You might get an EInvalidPointerOperation error message when closing the program, this is normal and nothing serious.
