I love learning new languages, which is probably the reason why I'm constantly using dictionaries. And of all dictionary software and translation tools, Babylon is the best one I've tried.

With Babylon you have instant translations just a click away. The program runs unobtrusively in the background until you open it up with a double click on its system tray icon or a customizable keyboard hotkey. Hovering over a word and pressing this hotkey is enough to bring Babylon up and check definitions and translations.

Babylon features a basic Spanish-English dictionary when installed, but also provides you with the possibility to download many more language packs from the program's official website. Babylon doesn't just support dictionaries: you can also set it up to search reference sites such as Wikipedia, thesauri and many other sorts of thematic databases, all of them downloadable from the Babylon app.
