okay my friend i need real help there i have downloaded everything now but pouels got me it is the first tine i dont know how to extrkt the files

An attempt was made to move the file pointer before the beginning of the file

so man after downloading a 10 gigs files i need some real quik help or i will soon commit suicide recourse
