"Introduction to Blade Sharpening" was filmed in California and is a comprehensive guide to sharpening, complete with all the "bells and whistles." In this information-packed DVD over 2 hours in length, Murray explains what you need to become an expert. Very informative DVD for anyone interested in learning the art of blade sharpening. Murray Carter--a 17th Generation Yoshimoto Bladesmith and Certified Master Bladesmith--goes over knife anatomy, inspection, sharpening and maintenance. Although primarily focused on using Japanese water stones to sharpen, he does cover some of the other tools available and discusses the pros/cons.
