After training as a mechanical engineer in the HTL St. Plten Thomas Gruber was the first time in contact with Autodesk products. He worked as a design engineer at a leading manufacturer for automotive headlights and gained his first experience with AutoCAD Mechanical and Mechanical Desktop.

After that he started with a custom machine builder and gained strong experience as a user of Inventor. He then began his career as a CAD trainer and consultant for a Autodesk reseller, especially in Autodesk Inventor. Today, Thomas Gruber and his company CForm CAD Training Consulting as an independent CAD / PDM Trainer successfully and works for prestigious clients throughout Austria.
